These Days Joy Is My Co-pilot

Hiya Reader,

I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that joy is becoming more and more of my co-pilot. That's right, I've decided to make happiness a regular companion!

Life can certainly be hectic and stressful at times, but I've found that by focusing on the moments that bring me joy, I can navigate even the toughest of challenges with a little bit more ease than I would have in the past. Whether it's a good book, a great cup of coffee, or a hilarious meme, I'm making it a priority to find joy in the small things.

Joy is my wingman, my partner in crime, my ride or die. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

"I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own, if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, to be realistic, to remember the limitations of being human." - Oriah Mountain Dreamer

Tell me...what brings your joy?

Cheers to a joyful life,

I keep saying 'it's okay' to things that, deep down, don’t feel okay. Sound familiar? If yes, let's delve into next steps. If not, bear with me. Number 1: We are not responsible for someone else's feelings or emotions. Number 2: We need to sit with discomfort so that it starts getting real comfy (basically, we're trying to normalize being okay with disappointment).
